1) Secretary
Summer meeting minutes handed out, on web and accepted as written

2) Treasurer
Full cash reports given for June, July and August, discussed and accepted as written IRS fines dropped, agreed to keep Grandmaison & Tripoli on for tax filing purposes.
Outstanding checks have mostly been taken care ofDonation of $500 to the High School stadium sound system voted and approvedDonation of $250 to the Erickson Fund approved pending DYS association.

3) Administration

Intramurals have 42 teams and all are now coached. Topsfield will
continue with our U-10 for the fall but will be looked at season to season. Mass Pro will be doing fundamentals. We have dropped Riverside as a soccer field, all U-7’s will be at John George, U-8 boys at Smith, U-8 girls at YMCA, U-10 boys at Plains Park and U-10 girls at Gates. The Coaches classes were well attended. We have nominations for all positions that will be open in November, all
positions will remain open to nominations right up to the AGM. The nominations so far are:

President - Neal Hovey

Ad-mid - David Kamens
Secretary - David Tye
Treasurer - Tom McNulty
Registrar - Jeff MacInnis
Travel - Brett Amico

4) Operations

Permits should be in hand by season start. YMCA costs to us was well
under budget, we paid $1750, our budget was $7100. The Y paid out $4600. Voted for and approved additional $2300 to go to the Y. Gates work was done (resodded, over seeded and stone dust around benches.) and should cost DYS under $5000.Gates will be used by the JV Teams all fall, so fields will not be available until after 5:30/6:00 for practices.

5) Registrar

Numbers are down, but players are still registering. Approved a young u-12jr player to be allowed to play in u-10 due to grade and lack of experience.

6) Travel

The tryout for the player that moved into town from out of state after
our tryouts was held and it was clear that the player belongs in division one and was so placed. All player cards and equipment was passed out and game rosters will be available for pick up after 7PM on the Friday before season starts. A full minute of silence will be observed before each game on September 11th in memory.

7) Dance

Dance will be held on October 29,2004 at the Danversport Yacht Club. Flyers have been handed out to all coaches with ticket information, all info on web site also.

8) Pictures

Order forms have been handed out to all coaches, scheduled times will be announced.

9) New Business

AGM will be held on November 18, 2004 at 7:00PM @ the Maple Street ChurchCitizens Bank are sending soccer balls for our intramural players, hand out times TBA

All scholarship recipients have sent Thank-You’s.

New patch discussion benched to next meeting.
