20 people attended the meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:32 by president Jeff MacInnis

Bob Sullivan, from the Danvers Police department, gave a report on the vandalism @ Gates.  He spoke about the physical security and the open investigation that has some positive leads.

Best way to secure the shed is move it to a properly lit area and where it is not accessible to the public.  Perhaps do a partnership with the senior center/historical society.  Move it to a location where there would be access to electricity, where police patrols could go thru, and where the seniors/residents can keep an eye on it.

The police department does have a “share point” where all information gets posted that happened during the night.

Dave Kamens has 2 more adds for our roster, if ECYSA lets us.  John Barrows said that player development clinics are going well.  There have been great turn outs except for coaches.  We should look at more clinics next year.

Jeff Chambers suggested that DYS look at having U14 play at Thorpe in the spring and U12 at Gates, supported by Dave Kamens. Gates somewhat undersized for U14 as currently set up.  Many people who worked to raise money used for Thorpe have children in last year of U14, including Jeff C, Jeff M, dave K, David Tye, Brian Harrison and John Barrows.

Tracy Smith would like to do a jamboree for boys.  We need to get field permits? Time available? BOD advised Tracy that any plans must include U10 girls as well, and she needs to coordinate with Al Giannetta and many Lopes in plans.  Nov 8th is the last day of games.
