1) Secretary

September minutes handed out and on web, accepted as written.

2) Treasurer

Cash reports for September handed out and accepted as written.Follow up from Sept. on donation to the Ericson Fund resulted in no donation due to non involvement in DYS, went back four years as to our policy on donations. The donation to DYS from Verizon has come in. A DYS Family Registration was donated to the Langolis Family Foundation for an upcoming event. A check for $50 was approved to the North Shore Cancer Center in memory of Jim
Leonard, a donation to a children’s fund was approved if one is set up.

3) Administration

The fall season has gone well this year. U-8 girls was reorganized into 4 teams due to low numbers, all teams may need to be redone in spring. Picture Day went well and the Citizen Bank soccer ball give-away went smooth. Candidates for director positions are Laura Davis, Larry Davis, Jeff Chambers and Bruce Ocko.

4) Operations

All is running smooth. U-10 nets will be separated into separate bags.
Coaches will need to remember to take two bags. Goals at John George need to be repaired or replaced. Approved $5308.18 to cover the Gates work and last Y bill. Plains Park fields need work, it was suggested that we talk to Danvers American Little League to see if our two groups could work together on this.

5) Registrar

All players have been placed on teams. The ITC will regroup early next year for spring teams. Noted that ECYSA is working on some rule changes for spring 2005.

6) Travel

U-16 and up players in database will be sent letters with registration
information in early November. A travel meeting will most likely be held in December.

7) Dance

Ticket sales are nil. All coaches received flyers in their coaches
packets at the start of the season and it is posted on web. Posters at fields with flyers will be placed at all game fields and e-mail reminders will go out to coaches.

8) AGM

The AGM will be held on November 18, 2004 at the Maple Street Church in the downstairs meeting room. It will directly follow the BOD meeting that will start at 7:00 PM

9) New Business

Approved payment to Cranny for new patch samples. No response from the DIT patch supplier, samples given to Neal Hovey so to get prices from other providers.
