Minutes of the Danvers Youth Soccer November Board Meeting

Attending: Tom Laughlin, Mike Gilbert, Neal Hovey, Bruce Ocko, Brett Amico, Tom Conway, David Tye, Bob Gabel, Brian Harrison, Jeff MacInnis, David Kamens, Ellen Chambers, Jeff Chambers, John Barrows, Janet Gargan, Rob Lebel, Chuck Mower, Simon Dillon, Tom McNulty, Andrea Costa.

20 people attended the meeting.

The meeting began at 7:35

Secretary's Report

October Minutes were approved.

Treasurer's Report

Fall 2003 check from MPS still outstanding. Other reports deferred to AGM.

All other officer and committee reports deferred to the AGM

New Business

A proposal was made to donate soccer balls to graduating High School varsity soccer players. Most of these players are alumni of DYS. Motion passed.

Proposal was made to renew 4 DYS Revolution season tickets. Motion was made and passed to table proposal to the next meeting.
