Directors: Jeff Chambers, Andrea Costa, Simon Dillon, John Barrows, Brett Amico, Tom McNulty, Janet Gargan, Bruce Ocko, Neal Hovey, Loren Rocker, Bob Gilmore, Frank Missette, Glenn Douglass, Rob Lebel. Corporate Members: Tom Conway.
By-law changes were proposed and discussed. Approved by law changes:
Section 1 to:
The business and the property of the association shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of not less than 13 and not more than 17 directors.
Section 3 to:
The Board of Directors shall consist of each of the officers and such number of other directors as necessary to fill all positions on the Board. Each director who is not an officer will chair a committee to the extent that one is available or a like responsibility as determined by the President.
Citizen Bank made another donation of 70 soccer balls.
Secretary’s Report

Treasurer’s Report
Minor corrections made to DSSS Budget report. DIT and Oct activity report. Treasurer’s report accepted.
Registrar’s Report
750 players (approx.) for Fall 06 season were final numbers.
VP Admin Report
Played U10 travel games in Hamilton-Wenham. Mostly positive feedback. Some parents not happy that girls were playing with boys.
VP Ops Report
Nets will be taken down Sunday at
Travel Director’s Report
No activity to report.
Committee Reports –
Planning will begin at Dec. Meeting.
Intramural Tournament Committee
No report.
Fall Tournament
DYS will present the donation to Operation Troop Support at their meeting in the form of a “giant check”. Outstanding issues are what board members will be doing and details of volunteer jobs. Dave K. sent out a spreadsheet with volunteer slots that need to be filled. President commented that the key to the tournament, and any tournament, are the volunteers. Jerry Morin has filled all ref slots with volunteers.
