President's Report
Presented review of two year term as President. Thanked other BOD members for their support, and non-BOD members as well. Went over difficulties experienced.
Treasurer’s Report
Presented review of two-year term. Thanked Bruce Ocko for his assistance and will help incoming Treasurer in turnover.
Registrar’s Report
Late registrations a particular problem this year.
VP Admin Report
Reviewed two year term. Getting a lot of positive volunteer response this year.
VP Ops Report
Bought and replaced a lot of nets in the previous year. Gates Field is in good shape. Plains utility is improving.
Travel Director’s Report
ECSYA AGM happened last night. New U12 program, county happy with program but not with the group seedings. ECYSA is considering going to 6v6 for U10, which would affect our tournament format. ECYSA looking for new board members. U16/U19 letters went out today for Spring season. Manchester Essex is building new HS/MS and will not have any home fields for Spring season, and is looking for help from other towns. TD has ECSYA AGM minutes and financial statements. Committee Reports
DSSSF Report – check presented to Operation Troop Support in amount of $5100. OTS showed appreciation to DYS members with trophy presentation.
DIT – Application for permission to host given to pending President. Website is ready to go.
ITC – nothing to report.
BOD presented gift of warmup jacket and pants to outgoing President Neal Hovey.
