3) Registrar

Town-wide spring registration is slated for Saturday, February 7, 2004. Time will be 10:00 AM to Noon and it will be held in the high school café. Working with town on having DYS put on the flyer that the Rec. Dept. is passing out at the schools. Will have 4 fall registration days, dates to be announced. Sample of a new DYS form handed out and look great. Cost would be between $135 - $253 depending on 2 or 3 part form per 1000.

4) Travel

26 teams have been registered with Essex County for spring. Besides the teams from the fall we now have 1 U-19 boys team, full roster, 1 U-18 boys team, 14 players, 1 U-18 girls team, 13 players, 2 U-16 boys teams, 1 team full roster the other 16 players and 2 U-16 girls teams - numbers in limbo until Dynamites players decide if they are playing club or DYS, given 1 week to decide. As of now the MTOC may not be at U-Mass, area hotels are not taken reservations will only put names on a waiting list.

5) Operations

Permits have been started with an April 3, 2004 start and June 20, 2004 end for the upcoming spring season. For spring the U-6’s will play on the JV field, U-7"s at Riverside, U-8 boys at the Y*, U-8 girls at Smith, U10 boys at Gates, U-10 girls at Plains, and Travel at Gates/JV/ John George/ Stadium. * Possible for all U-8 play at Smith so the field and parking area at the Y work can be done this spring.

6) Administration

Topsfield U-10 play may go to only in-town mostly because of Sunday play times. Georgetown has inquired about having their U-10’s play with us like we do with Topsfield. Discussion benched until next meeting when David Tye will
