Treasurer’s Report

Registration fees of $4,340 were deposited.  Donation from Verizon for $750 was also deposited.   Budget was adjusted to reflect registration fee increases as approved at January’s board meeting. Registration fees for the DIT will decrease by approximately $4,000 due to reduced entry fees for Danvers teams.  Motion to accept January, 2006 treasurer’s report by Jeff Chambers; seconded by Jeff MacInnis.  Motion passed.

Bruce Ocko suggested that we use caution regarding approving a budget with a deficit going forward due to unforeseen expenses.  We have made a large commitment to the Thorpe School field project that will reduce our cash reserves significantly over the next few years.

VP Admin Report

We will have to change our hotline number with the new Voice Com voice mail service.  The service is $20 per month for up to 1,500 calls.  The intramural coaches will need to rate players from fall.  We will still be using Mass Premier for the U-6 program.

VP Ops Report

Dave Tye reported for Brian Harrison.  Field permits filed. Brian will be ordering new nets and balls after taking inventory.

A motion was made to reduce full sided team fees for Danvers teams to $200 and reduce small sided team fees for Danvers teams to $150 per team; motion seconded; motion passed with 9 in favor and 3 opposed.

We will continue to use Captive Images for the upcoming year (fall of 2007), but we will not sign the agreement to use them for the fall of 2008.  We will reevaluate after the fall of 2007 pictures have been completed based on our satisfaction.
