1. Secretary’s Report
January minutes posted on site and passed out. Accepted as written.

2. Treasurer’s Report
Cash reports passed out ands accepted as written. Checking account
signatures cards to be updated.

3. Registrar’s Report
Townwide registration will be held on Saturday, 10:00 AM to Noon in the high school café. New registration form has gone to print and will be on the website with full instruction on form and fees. A Thank-You to Neal’s secretary will be sent.

4. Travel

All teams have been registered with Essex County. New coaches are Al DeBenedictis, Bruce Munroe, Tom Conway, Scott James, Ed Ditolla, Mark Fiztpartick, Mark Dabrio and Janet Gargan. Coaches were voted in. The girls teams, Dynamo’s and Dynamite’s have been disbanded and remaining players placed on teams. Coaches Meeting for Spring are Mandatory. U-16’s and above is on March 23rd and
U-12’s & U-14’s are on April 1st. Both meetings will be held at the
Georgetown Country Club starting at 7:00 PM. Tryout Dates are firm and all other youth sports teams have been notified.

5. Administration

Topsfield U-10’s will be playing with us for spring. The Georgetown
request to join in was not conceivable at this time. In process of checking on returning players and coaches. Meeting to be held March 25th, place and time TBA for the age coordinators with option for them to hold their coaches meeting there.

6. Operations

Will meet with town in morning to discuss spring season. Meet with Y to discuss not playing in spring as to do needed field upgrade there. Fields will be at a premium again this year.

7. DIT

As of tonight 118 have registered. Open slots will be posted on website. Next meeting February 10, 7:30 PM @ the new Stop & Shop.

8. Touchline
All items for touchline need to reach Tom by March 8th.

9. ITC
No report but ITC will be at the Townwide.

10. New Business/ Old Business
A laptop has been purchased for DYS, travel using now, for $1584.
