The meeting was called to order at
President’s report
Discussion of player request to move from U12 D2 to U12 D1 team. President and Travel Director will sort out the facts with the coach, and report to the board.
Fields – Moving forward with fields at Essex Aggie. Working with town and the Aggie. It is now in a state that it has been leveled and ready for sod. Sod will not be put down until water is available. Town is contributing labor and oversite, Aggie is contributing the piping and irrigation system. Two 50x70 fields. Plan is for fields to be ready for Fall 06. Practice space there as well. Motion made to move U12 practices and games to Essex Aggie for Fall 06, Gates Field dedicated to U14. Motion unanimously passed.
Boys U12 coaching vacancy. Bob Gabel and sons graciously volunteered to coach the team.
Equipment. Working with Dick’s Sporting Goods. They have put together a complimentary coach’s package. 80 kits have been ordered. Very nice packages with balls, pumps, pinnies, coupons, etc.
New ITC policy proposed. Motion made to adopt as presented by Jeff Chambers. Motion accepted.

Registrar’s Report
Approx. 500 players signed up for Fall. Expecting late registrations. Need to stay on top of the CORI form requirement. Assistants need to be CORIed as well.
VP Admin Report
Working on intramural team formation. Waiting for late registrations. Most coaches assigned, but short of U10 boys coaches in particular. Hamilton-Wenham interested in doing a small cross-town program with U9s.
VP Ops Report
Gates Field has been resodded. Still some bare spots in the
middle of the field, but in general field condition is
excellent. One goal at Gates needs to be rewelded. Nets for the Aggie fields are in. Need to be
put together. Collected all the
equipment for intramural and travel. Equipment pickup Sunday the 6th from

U14B player just registered, was on A team but did not tryout. Will be placed on D3 team.
Committee Reports –
Received bill from the town for work at Plains. Will be investigated by John Barrows.
Intramural Tournament Committee
Need a new ITC chairman as soon as possible. 89 players registered.
