Treasury and Secretaries reports pushed until September meeting.

Travel: A few coaches cards missing and a few U14Boys on a waiting list, other than that we’re in good shape. ECYSA Seasons starts on Sept 14^th. The ECYSA coaches meeting for NEW coaches is Tuesday, August 27^th at the Peabody Mariott

The Fall opener for intramurals will be Sunday, September 8^th

Fundamentals will start the next weekend on Saturday the 14^th.

The coaches meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Sept 5 in the DYS café at 7:30pm

Intramurals will not play on Sunday the 22^nd due to the Danvers 250^th Anniversary Parade.

Registration: No Report.

Fields: Gates to be re-sodded. The fields are cut but sod has not been laid due to the heat. The storage shed at plains is complete, Larry will need help moving all that is in the garage to plains.

ITC: Current format discussed, Guest David Kamens expressed his concerns regarding team formation and the level of play teams see in the Fall. The issue of U8’s not attending fall tournaments mentioned. No action taken at this time.

Pictures: Travel will be 9/21 @ Highlands School & Intramurals will be 9/22 @ Plains Park. The rain dates are 10/5 & 10/6 respectively.

Touchline: Articles due by 8/25 for fall edition!

New Business:

MYSA has proposed the sale of 130 acres of the Lancaster land for 1.1 Million. DYS will vote YES on this proposal on August 21^st.

USSF is considering make all U12’s play small sided soccer nationwide. The BOD supports this initiative.
