VP Administration ReportJeff MacInnis

U7 boys are playing 5 v 5 as opposed to 4 v 4 to accommodate large numbers of players on each team.  Jeff will re-evaluate for the spring as to how to handle large numbers of boys.  It was difficult finding enough coaches to take additional teams.  The first couple of weeks there were several referee no-shows.  The problem seems to have been resolved with Jerry Morin.  MPS clinics are going well at Smith School.  There has been a problem with the commitment of many U10 boys which brought up the discussion of U10 travel teams.  The general feel of the board was opposition to developing U10 travel teams.  The board will investigate other options for U10’s for the spring.
